Vincent P. Gordon

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Vincent P. Gordon Co-founded Procuro in 2001. Prior to Procuro, Mr. Gordon held the position of Sr. Vice President, Corporate Operations for SkyDesk, Inc. Mr. Gordon has over 25 years experience in the information systems, telecommunications industry, start-up and early stage companies.

Mr. Gordon joined the IBM Corp. (1978 – 1990) where he held various management positions in IS and Telecom marketing working closely with IBM/ROLM, MCI Communications and some of IBM’s largest telecommunications customers. Mr. Gordon also held the position of CEO for Hainan Phoenix Information Systems and spent six years developing the China Travel Network (a national travel and tourism network) in the People’s Republic of China. The China Travel Network utilized a combination of traditional fiber and copper wired service as well as microwave and satellite technologies. From May 1998 to December 1999, Mr. Gordon was engaged by SkyLynx Communications, Inc. a regional Internet Service Provider where he had responsibility for the development and deployment of the Company’s product and service offerings, which include product positioning; product development, marketing, sales, support and customer service.

Steve Clark

Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Clark joined the Company in October 2004. Before joining Procuro, Mr. Clark held a variety of senior engineering and management positions at Avianta Professional Services, Intuit, Eventropy Corp., Netscape/DigitalStyle and Xerox/Chrystal Software.

Mr. Clark has over sixteen (16) years of hands-on experience in the IT industry and software development. He has been heavily involved in all aspects of the design, architecture, development, quality assurance testing, and deployment of a variety of high-end software applications on all of the major platforms. Most notably, Mr. Clark was a senior software architect responsible for key portions of the Mozilla web browsing system, which is the core technology powering web browsers and other applications from Netscape, AOL, and Mozilla.

Mr. Clark holds a B.A., Computer Science, with an emphasis in human-computer interaction including a variety of post-graduate courses and research in Computer Science and Cognitive Science. While Mr. Clark is a key employee, he is not currently an executive officer of the Company notwithstanding his position with us.

Brett Barnes

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Barnes joined Procuro, Inc. in March, 2004. Prior to joining Procuro, Mr. Barnes held Sales and Operation positions at Genesee Scientific Corp. Mr. Barnes currently oversees all Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, and Operations at Procuro, Inc.

Mr. Barnes holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Management, from San Diego State University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Bernard Lee

Vice President, Procuro Asia PAC, LLC

Co-founded Procuro in 2001. He also co-founded Automaton Ltd., a Microsoft Solution Provider Partner in Hong Kong, which turned profitable just 18 months after initial registration in 1993. Mr. Lee has 20 years of extensive and diversified background in Systems and Network Architecture, Systems Analysis and Programming, Data Centers, Operation and Consulting. His former responsibilities include Director of Systems Architecture of SkyDesk, Inc. since December 1999, Chief Internet Architect of SkyLynx Communications Inc. (Sept. 98’ – Dec 99’), Founder and Principal Consultant of Automaton Ltd. (1993 – 1998), Principal Consultant of Legend Expert Systems Ltd. (1988 – 1992), and various other positions in the Broadcasting, Finance, and Automotive and Education industries.

During his tenures he consulted for many of the prominent media, publishing and finance companies in Asia. He also worked with Microsoft Asia Pacific as Associate Consultant and Global Knowledge Networks as Associate Trainer for Visual C++, Java and Visual Interdev. Mr. Lee frequently spoke in public seminars held by Microsoft, Compaq, Digital and the Hong Kong Economic Post, and has published technical articles and papers both in Asia and in Europe.

Mr. Lee holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from University of British Columbia, and an Honors Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Washington. He is a lifetime member of the Golden Key National Honors Society, a member of Mensa in the Hong Kong Chapter, a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Novell Certified Netware Engineer.

Mark Hogan

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Hogan joined Procuro in November 2005 and heads all Sales and Marketing activities in the United States, while supporting similar efforts of overseas’ offices. Coming from a background in transportation, Mark has been able to draw on his knowledge of the industry to ensure PIMM™ provides the highest value possible to its logistics customers. Prior to employment at Procuro, Mark worked in as Director of Linehaul Operations at HBI Priority Freight. He has a business degree from James Madison University with a concentration in Operations Management.
