Vincent P. Gordon

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Vincent P. Gordon Co-founded Procuro in 2001. Prior to Procuro, Mr. Gordon held the position of Sr. Vice President, Corporate Operations for SkyDesk, Inc. Mr. Gordon has over 25 years experience in the information systems, telecommunications industry and start-up and early stage companies. Mr. Gordon joined the IBM Corp. (1978 – 1990) where he held various management positions in IS and Telecom marketing working closely with IBM/ROLM, MCI Communications and some of IBM’s largest telecommunications customers. Mr. Gordon also held the position of CEO for Hainan Phoenix Information Systems and spent six years developing the China Travel Network (a national travel and tourism network) in the People’s Republic of China. The China Travel Network utilized a combination of traditional fiber and copper wired service as well as microwave and satellite technologies. From May 1998 to December 1999, Mr. Gordon was engaged by SkyLynx Communications, Inc. a regional Internet Service Provider where he had responsibility for the development and deployment of the Company’s product and service offerings, which include product positioning; product development, marketing, sales, support and customer service.

Steve Clark

Vice President of Engineering

Mr Clark joined the Company in October 2004. Before joining Procuro, Mr. Clark held a variety of senior engineering and management positions at Avianta Professional Services, Intuit, Eventropy Corp., Netscape/DigitalStyle and Xerox/Chrystal Software.

Mr. Clark has over sixteen (16) years of hands-on experience in the IT industry and software development. He has been heavily involved in all aspects of the design, architecture, development, quality assurance testing, and deployment of a variety of high-end software applications on all of the major platforms. Most notably, Mr. Clark was a senior software architect responsible for key portions of the mozilla web browsing system, which is the core technology powering web browsers and other applications from Netscape, AOL, and Mozilla.

Mr. Clark holds a B.A., Computer Science, with an emphasis in human-computer interaction including a variety of post-graduate courses and research in Computer Science and Cognitive Science. While Mr. Clark is a key employee, he is not currently an executive officer of the Company notwithstanding his position with us.

Brett Barnes

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Barnes joined Procuro, Inc. in March, 2004. Prior to joining Procuro, Mr. Barnes held Sales and Operation positions at Genesee Scientific Corp. Mr. Barnes currently oversees all Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, and Operations at Procuro, Inc.

Mr. Barnes holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Management, from San Diego State University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
