Giles Bateman

Mr. Bateman, a recognized business leader in San Diego , CA for over 25 years was the co-founder Price Club in 1976. He served as Vice Chairman and CFO at Price Club until 1991. Over the past ten years, Mr. Bateman concentrated on investing and advising private and public businesses where he participated as a board member of companies like Cheap Tickets Inc. (Honolulu, HI); CompUSA Inc. (Dallas); Arcoms Inc. (San Diego, CA); and Corporate Express Inc. (Denver, CO). Mr. Bateman has a BA degree in law from Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Bateman currently serves as a Director on a variety of boards of public and private companies i.e. Beverages & More. (Concord, CA); Think Outside Inc. (San Diego, CA); The Return Exchange Inc. (Irvine, CA); Tuesday Mornings (Dallas, TX) NASDAQ -TUES; and WD40 (San Diego, CA) NASDAQ - WDFC.

Mr. Campbell began his career at Deloitte Haskins and Sells in Calgary, Canada before moving to Southern California. Mr. Campbell has over 20+ years of senior-level financial, operating, and general management experience at companies like Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC), NADEK Computer Systems, Simulation Sciences, COSCAN Development Corp.

Richard’s qualifications include cash management, banking, debt management, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financial reporting, planning and analysis, budgeting, cost and general accounting, cost reduction, performance and profit improvement, contract management, and IT management.

Gary Sutton is the lead columnist for "Directors & Boards," wrote "Profit Secrets from a No-Nonsense CEO" and other business books that have been translated into seven languages. From 1980 to 1986 he was CEO of US Press, which Contintal Graphics acquired. From 1986 to 1989 he was CEO of Checks To-Go which Rocky Mountain Banknote acquired. From 1989 to 1990 he was CEO of Smiley Industries which Precision Aerotech acquired. From 1990 to 1996 he was CEO of Knight Protective Industries which Protection One acquired. (Also, from 1990 to 1994 he co-founded and helped direct Teledesic which Bill Gates acquired in 2006.) From 1996 until 2000 he was CEO of @Backup, which turned into an unmitigated disaster until Symantec acquired it from the lucky new owners in 2008.

He sits on several private and one public board. His BS is from Iowa State and he's an OPM alumnus of the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
