Mr. Bateman, a recognized business leader in San Diego , CA for over 25 years was the co-founder Price Club in 1976. He served as Vice Chairman and CFO at Price Club until 1991. Over the past ten years, Mr. Bateman concentrated on investing and advising private and public businesses where he participated as a board member of companies like Cheap Tickets Inc. (Honolulu, HI); CompUSA Inc. (Dallas); Arcoms Inc. (San Diego, CA); and Corporate Express Inc. (Denver, CO). Mr. Bateman has a BA degree in law from Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Bateman currently serves as a Director on a variety of boards of public and private companies i.e. Beverages & More. (Concord, CA); Think Outside Inc. (San Diego, CA); The Return Exchange Inc. (Irvine, CA); Tuesday Mornings (Dallas, TX) NASDAQ -TUES; and WD40 (San Diego, CA) NASDAQ - WDFC.

Mr. Campbell has over 20+ years of senior-level financial, operating, and general management experience at companies like Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC), NADEK Computer Systems, Simulation Sciences, COSCAN Development Corp.
